House Rules
Der Preis beinhaltet eine verbindliche Zwischenreinigung 1 Mal pro Woche
bei Aufenthalten ab 10 Tagen:
Schlafzimmer: Bettwäsche wird gewaschen & gewechselt
Bäder & Küche: Alle freien Flächen werden gereinigt
Boden im Haus wird gewischt (freie Flächen)
Bei sehr starker Verschmutzung behalten wir uns vor, eine gesonderte Gebühr je nach Aufwand zu erheben.
1 x pro Woche kommt unser Gärtner
Grillen ist nicht erlaubt.
Ruhezeit 22.00 - 7:00 Uhr.
Die Öffnung bzw. Schließung von Pool, Sportplatz, hängt von der COVID-Situation ab und wird durch die Communidad festgelegt. Auf die Änderung haben wir keinen Einfluss.
Check Out Regeln:
Das Haus ist der Hausverwaltung aufgeräumt zu übergeben.
Geschirr ist gespült und sauber in die Schränke zu stellen.
Der Müll ist zu entsorgen.
Der Kühlschrank ist zu leeren und alle angefangenen Speisen und Getränke sind zu entsorgen.
Additional House Rules:
The price includes mandatory intermediate cleaning 1 time per week
for stays of 10 days or more:
Bedrooms: Bed linen is washed & changed
Bathrooms & kitchen: All free surfaces are cleaned
Floor in the house will be wiped (free areas)
In case of very heavy soiling we reserve the right to charge a separate fee depending on the effort.
1 x per week our gardener comes
Barbecue is not allowed.
Quiet time 22.00 - 7:00 o'clock.
The opening or closing of the pool, sports field, depends on the COVID situation and is determined by the Communidad. We have no influence on the change.
Check Out Rules:
The house is to be handed over to the property management tidy.
Dishes are to be put in the cupboards washed and clean.
Garbage is to be disposed of.
The refrigerator is to be emptied and all food and drinks that have been started are to be disposed of.
